The rent is € 600 per month, incl. all services ( water, gas, electricity, TV, Internet, appliances, etc). The one-time deposit is equal to 1 month's rent.The room is available from 15 December and on. The rental period is negotiable. !!!!! CAUTION: You can register yourself at the municipality only if you are a student or a recent graduate.The house is located at:- 25 min to 'Centrum', - 15 min to the Erasmus University and - 5 min to the mall Keizerswaard. We are looking for independents but also social inmates. Preferably: Independent, neat, responsible, calm, and able to follow the house rules.
