Kitchen includes refrigerator, microwave, a gas hob, oven and fan hood. Bathroom and Toilet: Bathroom is equipped with a washing machine, washbasin with drawers and cupboards and a shower. Toilet with a washbasin is separated from the bathroom.There is also a storage room on the ground floor where you can store your bike and other belongings. What's around:Located in the safest area and near Erasmus University Rotterdam – with a beautiful window/balcony view - in the Lage/ Prinsenland, near shopping centre Lageland, Jacob van Campenplein and Alexadrium. 8 minutes walk to supermarket AH/Jumbo. Bus 36 and BOB 5 stop is in front of the apartment and take you to Kralingen Zoom (EUR) in 12 minutes. NS Alexander in 6 minutes. 15 minutes by bike to EUR.In 5 minutes by bike there is a nice park.
