Welcome! Our apartment is located on the 10th floor in a quiet neighborhood, just a 10-minute bike ride from Erasmus University. There's also a tram station (Opstelspoor De Esch) just a 3-minute walk from the apartment.Cleaning is taken seriously here. It is done weekly according to a schedule.Smoking is not allowed — neither inside nor on the balcony.The apartment is shared with Qiqi. He is a guy of Chinese descent and speaks Dutch, Chinese, and English.The room is available for rent starting on the 1st of April 2026 until at least 12 June 2026. Extension depends on the landlord's approval, currently not guaranteed.
