Hey guys!My name is Zsombor, I’ll be starting IBEB this September, and me along with my friend Barni who’s starting IBA. We have successfully secured a beautiful three-bedroom apartment in Kralingen, which is just a 15 minute walk from Erasmus University campus.The owner is a third-year IBA student, whose going on an exchange semester to SSE in Stockholm, and that’s how we found it.The rental period is July 1st 2026, to February 1st 2027. This is set in stone contract wise, though move-in dates are flexible, naturally.The apartment itself is 93 square meters, fully furnished and has recently been fully renovated, with a big kitchen and bathroom, separate toilet as well as front and back balconies. The location itself is the biggest positive, since it is right in between the city centre, and the Erasmus campus. And Kralingen is one of the safest and most desirable areas in Rotterdam.The room for the third tenant is on the first floor, and is about 10 square meters, with a bed, a cabinet for storage, and a desk.This would be a subletting contract between the two of us, and you as the subtenant. We’re pretty chill, laidback guys, looking for someone similar. Tidy, fun, reliable and responsible. Non-smokers preferred.The monthly rent is 1050€ everything included.
