The space available includes two private rooms upstairs (a bright 16m2 bedroom and a cozy 6m2 study), ideal for someone who likes working in home-office. The bedroom comes with a wardrobe and cabinet (you’ll need to bring your own bed), and there's also a handy storage room for things like suitcases.The apartment has all the comforts: a large dining area for shared meals or chats over coffee, a fully equipped kitchen (including fridge, freezer, oven/microwave, dishwasher, and all the utensils you need), a balcony with morning sun, and even a private basement for bikes or extra storage. The bathroom (with washing machine) and toilet are separate, which makes sharing easy.You'll be living with me — I'm a "gezellig" and tidy person who values a relaxed, friendly home where we can occasionally hang out, but also respect each other’s space. I'm hoping to find someone similar: independent but sociable, noise-conscious, and happy to clean up after themselves.The apartment faces both a quiet park (West) and the stunning city skyline (East). Registration is possible, and the rental contract runs until July 2026 (with a 3-month cancellation period through the landlord).
