Hi everyone!I am moving out and I am looking for someone to take my single room for a short-stay in Blijdorp.The room would be available from the 1st of June (there is a possibility of sooner) for a maximum of 6.5 months (until 14th November).You would be sharing with one working guy (32), bills and whatnot would be split equally. All people are welcome. Football fans and lovers of italian wine and food look no further.Some details about the room:-The room is furnished with a single bed with matress and closet -You will be in a renovated apartment with a balcony. The kitchen is new with all the necessary appliances, including stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher and combi fridge. The bathroom was also recently redone with shower and bathtub-The location is the beautiful and quiet neighborhood of Blijdorp. The apartment is at a short biking distance of the city center and many stores and supermarkets. Public transport in the form of trams and metro is also available, and Rotterdam Centraal is a short bike ride away.-The monthly rent will be 1060€ (internet included, excluding utilities). Utilities are around 60€ per month per person. Registration is possible.
