We share the cost for a cleaner who comes every two weeks, but in between, we try to keep the place tidy ourselves. It’s spacious, 13 sqm and does not come with furniture; you can get yours. The room has been recently renovated (HR++ glass and insulated walls + ceiling) and is located on the second floor. You will be living with Habib ( Italian/ Tunisian) and Filipe ( Portuguese)We’re two professionals, both in our late 20s, laid-back and definitely not into drama anymore (unless it’s on TV). If you’re into speakerphone convos in the living room or doing laundry at 11 PM, this probably isn’t the right place for you.The rent, all expenses included, adds up to around €900 per month.
