Hi there,We used to be a student house but now everyone has graduated so this is more of a working house. Since we all got our jobs/internships we are looking for calm tidy people to populate our house.The house is located in the center of Rotterdam (close to Hofplein), 10 minutes walking from central station Rotterdam and 15 minutes by bike from Erasmus University. Of course we are very close to public transport such as Metro, Tram, Bus and Train.The house has: Wi-Fi, a relatively big bathroom, washing machine, dryer, a relatively big kitchen.The house is populated by internationals and locals in ages between 24 and 32, the spoken language is English and Dutch and the atmosphere is good and pretty calm. We do have a cleaning schedule and everyone is expected to participate, I guess this won't be a problem as everyone gains from this.The price for the room is €445,- all inclusive (so that means electricity, water and Wi-Fi included). The deposit is €445,- as well but when you leave you will receive the sum if you have not damaged the house. Are you interested in the room?
