The rental period can start from MAY-JUNE-JULY (3 MONTHS), and afterwards, an extension for 1 year is possible. May will be the best scenario to start for taking over the current roommate contract agreement.The price is €830,- excl. utilities (landlord part). It’s every month €440,- for the shared utilities, your part is €220,-. Total cost is €1000,- per month. The location and renovation resulted in this monthly cost (the location is in the city).House is fully renovated since December 2021. New beautiful warm floor, green and warm interior in the small cozy living/study room. Shared kitchen, toilet, and bathroom. Balcony with lively city view. It’s an amazing center place to live in the hotspot “Meent” of Rotterdam. The place for drinks, coffees and trendy shops.The location is like 15 minutes walking from Rotterdam Central. 10 min. with the Tram 7/8 from/to Central, stops across of the appartement (Meent). 10 min walking to Rotterdam Blaak station. 10/15 min to Erasmus University with the bicycle. AH, Jumbo, vegan grocery shops, (beer & wine)bars and café and more are at the hotspot Meent. In this house , the roommate is a Dutch-born man 25 years (Chinese background) finishing his Master and part-time working.Looking for a master student/ young urban professional that is TIDY, doing your own thing and don’t mind privacy. 2 possibilities for contract:1. Contract for May, June, and July (3 months) because the current roommate is leaving early. Afterward, extension of 1 year is possible if both parties agree on the terms. 2. Contract type is 1 year, starting May, June, or July 2024. MEENT/RUBROEK “HOTSPOT” Move in date TBC. 18m2 (incl. built-in closet/walk in)Furnished: 140x200 bed, closet, desk, chair and 2 side tables.
