(roughly we pay €70 monthly for e/w/g/i) Deposit: 1 month (so when moving in, you pay deposit of €750 PLUS one month rent in advance (€750) = total of €1.500)Bits of the room:- It’s the biggest bedroom in the house, comes with large balcony and large window - Facing morning sun- You’ll be sharing kitchen + bathroom + toilet + living room with 2 other roommates - Supermarket: Dirk is just next street (1 min walk) + Lidl a bit further in 5-7 mins walk + full of international/local supermarkets around - Public transport: a bus no.38 at corner of the street (direct to both Rdam Centraal and Schiedam Centraal), there’s also metro line A/B/C in walking distance, and close to Schiedam Centraal Station, tram line 1 + 11Preferably looking for a working professional NOTE: THE ROOM COMES EMPTRY. So priority is given to the one who’s willing to take over bits of my stuff as well. It’s all new with only 3 months usage (working table, shelving unit, bed frame, mattress, mattress protector, and all-season duvet) in total of €300
