Hi there,Some of you might find this post familiar. The last tenant of this room is moving out on 14th of April, so here I am again looking for a new tenant. There are 3 rooms in total (so you will be sharing with the house with 2 people) and this room is available for rent from 15th of April. It's 13 square meters + a private balcony. The house is finely furnished, with shared kitchen, showers, toilets. There is a 15m2 storage room downstairs.The location is in Coolhaven. 2 minutes walking from the Coolhaven subway and 6 minutes walking to the nearest tram. Walking distance to the Erasmus MC, also very convenient to the city center by public transport. It takes about 25 minutes to take the bus to the Erasmus university campus.There are supermarkets and gyms downstairs (anyway you can look it up on Google). People living around are mainly senior resident people and students.The price will be 650 excl. and we share the taxes/network/energy/water bill per month, which is around 100-150 extra per month pp. Wanted tenant: clean, tidy and disciplined. Both Dutch-speaking and internationals are welcome! And a little bit about me and my other roommate: I'm Julie, 20 years old chinese, studying at the EMC as first year bachelor Medicine student and also the renter of this house. Keisha, also 20 years old, indonesian, is about to finish her IBA study and she's currently looking for an internship. I hope we both can get to know each other before signing the contract.
