Dear Room Seeker,I'm looking for a female(preferably) working professional from 1st December for min 12months, registration with municipality is possible.#PRICE & AVAILABILITY- availability: 1st December (negotiable between 20 November and 1 December)- basic rent: €845- estimated other expences: €150 (prepay with rent, refund or charge the shortfall at the end- deposit: 2month's rent (€1990)#ROOM- private room(11m2) in two-bedroom apartment(81m2) on 1st floor, elevator is available, 7mins to Blaak- funished: please notice that the shared spaces are all well furnished. but for your room, there is now only a working table and two mattress (90x200) are available. you may need to bring your own bed frame, wardrobe and other furniture you need.- registration with municipality is possible- energy label: A+- address: 3011ZX, Rotterdam#MANDATORY- 1 person- min 12months- no smoking at all (inside/outside)- female(preferably) work professional aged 28-40 (employer statement and 3month's payslip are required for signing the contract- keep clean- no party, keep quiet during 11pm-7am#UNDER_MUTUAL_AGREEMENT- pets (I don't have)- extension of the contract (for another 12 months)- invite friends/family come home or overnight- once a year, my parents(or one of them) may stay in my room for about 2–3 months. if this arrangement might be inconvenient for you, please consider this before applying.Pm if interested to schedule a viewing!
