Hi everyone, my current flatmate is moving abroad at the end of May, so I am looking for someone to take over his room in a 2-bedroom apartment in Blaak, Rotterdam.Location:•5-minute walk to Markthal and Rotterdam Blaak station•8-minute walk to Beurs metro•Very central and well connected – Supermarkets (Jumbo, Albert Heijn), Gyms (Trainmore & Mylife), and pretty much everything is within 10 mins walking. Apartment details:•Spacious apartment of around 100 sq.m, built last year•Energy-efficient A++ rated, with very low utility costs•Views of the Maas and Erasmus Bridge from both bedrooms and the living room •Each bedroom has its own private shower – a rarity in the Netherlands I think!The room:•Available from 01st June •Unfurnished, but you can discuss furniture options with my current flatmate – Bed, Book Shelves, Arm Chair, Dining Table, Dining Chairs, are all up for grabs. •No deposit required.Important: The apartment has minimum income requirements of 3,5 times the respective rent share (could incl. holiday pay, 13th month pay, etc. to meet the criteria). Registration is possible, and a new contract will be drawn up. I am looking for a clean, responsible, and easygoing flatmate, with a stable income (I am the same).
