Room in ourdomain blaak Rotterdam available for a year! I am I girl and i will be living in bedroom and you live in the living room. The bathroom and kitchen are shared. You have to enter my room to shower so I prefer a woman. But if you are a guy that is respectful and has experience sharing a room with a girl you are also warmly welcomed! You have free access to the gym cinema room and rooftop terrance, as this is a community apartment. Downstairs there's a piano and music room. We do regular yoga. Boot camp and meditation.After 22 the room has to be quiet and dark for our sleeping quality. The other things to know are as below:1 no noise / shower/ music/ phone call / light after 22:00 everyday 2 trash&bins has to be dumped every other day , no dish piled up in sink 3 when cooking, the window has to be opened to ventilate 4 using / borrowing any stuff in each individuals room/ makeup &skincare products is forbidden without written agreement from each other, if found the rental agreement will be ended immediately 5 opening letters of each individuals is illegal so not allowed
